STRUCTURED PLANNING begins when we sign up the client. We start by engaging in a comprehensive intake process that aims to identify the client’s needs and objectives.

Structured ANALYSIS entails updating the information we receive from our client with factual and legal research as well as working with the client to update the client objectives.

STRUCTURED DESIGN entails working with the client to balance the anticipated cost of legal action, and the probability of success.

VALUE EXECUTION involves using the updated objectives and updated facts to develop a unique plan of action.

QUALITY

Quality to us means a commitment to providing world class service to our clients. We believe that Quality has two key components: the ‘input’ and ‘output’. The input starts with our client intake process. We thoroughly ensure that we capture the clients’ perspective of events (the facts) as well as what the client wants (clients’ objectives).

Results

Result is simply what happens when we execute on our quality process. Result describes the ‘output’ component of quality.

VALUE

We define value from our clients’ perspective. We strongly believe that the benefit the client derives from our services should be worth more than the cost of our legal service. Where the value equation does not make sense—in other words, when the cost of our legal services outstrips the value to the client, we advise the client to fire us!

ANUNOBI LAW’s ACCESS TO JUSTICE PROGRAM

Anunobi Law believes in giving back to the communities that we serve. Our firm and employees support numerous local charities. The State Bar of Texas estimates that nearly six million Texans qualify for legal aid, but the Texas legal community only meets 20 percent of that need. AnunobiLaw is committed to doing our part to ensure access to justice. We recognize that quality legal help is expensive; however, we fundamentally believe that the house of justice should be open all who seek justice and not just those that can afford it. For 2018, we pledge as a firm to provide 200 hours of pro bono service.
