What is Mediation 
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution in which a neutral and impartial person , who has received a 40 hour training in basic mediation training, facilitates communication between the parties to promote settlement of the outstanding legal issues among them.

Family Law Mediation | Family Law Mediator
To mediate Family Law cases, Texas law requires that mediators must also complete an additional 20-hour Family Law mediation training.

Family Law Mediation in Harris, Fort bend and Montgomery Counties
All the family law courts in Fort Bend County and Montgomery County require that parties must mediate their cases before Temporary Orders hearing or Final Trial, if custody of the children is an issue. Most of the family courts in Harris County also require mediation in custody cases.
